Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Standard: 7–21 business days
International Express: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Products labeled as pre-order will have estimated shipping dates in the product description. Shipping times for these items may vary.
